Hello All,
Sorry I was not able to blog last week.  Very busy and I don't like it.  It is the middle of week 3 and I am enjoying the workouts very much.  I find myself getting up earlier to do things around the house before my workout.  I also have a huge amount of energy that I didn't before.  That is great.  I am finding the food part a little difficult  I am in meetings all day, on the road or just in places where I can't take a cooler in with me to carry my food for the day.  Of course I am trying very hard to stay within thew guidelines, but it is not easy when you can't bring the food with you.  Restaurants think they are making a pretty healthy meal, but not as healthy as they should.

I am excited to go to 6 days a week this week, but I cannot be there for the first Saturday.  I am going to do a workout where I am at and try and get my sister in laws to workout with me.  It will defiantly be an experience.

I would like to finish my blog with a huge thank you to all of the group of moosers for their support in our journey together.  Thank you to the other people at Bootcamp for supporting us in what we all know is not an easy task, but know that we can do it an thank you BEN.  You can motivate people to do things they don't think they can, but also you understand us and don't judge us.  You are AWESOME!!!!!!
